6.5. Fees and taxes:
Sales prices to the public indicated in www.visaoevisual.pt and its subdomains are presented in euros. The VAT payable will be included in all prices at the end of purchase. The shipping service costs are per user account and added to the total price of the user-selected products. It shall be informed of this and prices before confirming your order and complete the purchase process.
7. Treatment and delivery of the request:
Deliveries of online orders made will be made only in the territory of Portugal, archipelagos of the Azores and Madeira. 8. Warranty:
Products have 2 YEARS WARRANTY. For this WARRANTY is valid is absolutely necessary that:

THE WARRANTY IS IN FORCE:

9. Returns :
Return - has a period of 15 days to make the return of your order. It may do so provided the article is found in the same condition it was sold in original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that constitute it. Returning conditions:
1º. Articles without signal misuse
2º. Returning the full story, with all its components and accessories, instruction manual and original packaging in perfect condition.
3º. Return term: Until the 15th consecutive day, from the day of delivery.
Defective product - should be sent to Visão & Visual, presenting the bill and the full article. In case this option is not possible, please contact our online support, which will help you solve the problem.
Returns for transport damage - Deadlines for making claims for damages caused by transport will be 24 hours from the date of delivery. After this time, the Visão & Visual is not liable for any defects that may have occurred in transit. Refund (Applicable in shopping in www.visaoevisual.pt) In case of return, the refund of your purchase will be made after the validation of compliance with the return conditions described above, with the Vision & Visual a period of 30 days for this purpose .
